stuffed french toast

Filling
8oz cream cheese
1tsp vanilla
1/2c strawberries
Mix together with hand mixer. slice texas toast pieces on the side to form a pocket. Stuff with 1-2tbsp of filling, dredge in the coating:
5 eggs
1pint heavy cream
1c milk
1tsp vanilla
1tbsp sugar
1tsp cinnamon
Mix it all together, cook on a griddle after dredging. Top with whipped cream (i like heavy cream blended with powdered sugar to hold its form) and strawberries and enjoy!
